Juan came to our house and worked with our 7 month old golden retriever and taught her AND US how to control her jumping.  He also worked with us on things WE needed as senior citizens trying to manage a 40 lb puppy. He was on time,polite,funny,engaging and very knowledgeable and a true love for animals. We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Lord of the Leash! Leaving our girls is never easy, especially because they have medical needs, but from the very beginning we felt completely at ease. Their policies are clear, organized, and professional, and the entire process was seamless. What impressed us most was the attention to detail and the level of care they provided. They took the time to understand our dogs’ routines, medications, and individual needs, and we never felt like we were “just another client.” It was obvious they genuinely cared about our girls and treated them like family. Communication was excellent, and knowing our dogs were being cared for in the comfort of our own home made all the difference. It’s not easy to find someone you can trust with your pets, but Lord of the Leash exceeded every expectation. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and are already looking forward to booking them for many future trips. Lord of the Leash Pet Solutions really delivered high quality personal training for our dog. Our 21 month old golden doodle mini has been training with me in Illinois for months but then recently began to regress and pick up some unacceptable behaviors,so I reached out to Lord of the Leash when I came to our Florida home.  Our trainer, Kiki, was extremely helpful in helping me correct our dog ‘s more recent issues with aggressive behavior towards other dogs.  We travel with our dog and I needed help fast in understanding how to correctly respond to my dog’s emotions. She was always good around other dogs then about 2 months it started to really become an issue.   Kiki was able to listen to my concerns and patiently teach me and my dog what to do. Greeting people is another skill we were working on and leash walking were all issues that I felt we had regressed on.  Kiki was simply the answer to our prayers. I am confident now in traveling with our dog and have such a better understanding of how to positively continue to work on these areas. Kiki is so knowledgeable and patient and genuinely wants the best for you and your pet.  She was always available in between sessions for guidance too so I never felt lost when things weren’t always going perfectly on my own. My dog and I are functioning so much better together because of Kiki. Our ultimate goal is to get our dog to pass her therapy dog credentials in Illinois and Kiki went above and beyond in getting us to that goal. I can’t say enough about Lord of the Leashes and Cierra! Kiki as well!! Kiki came to visit my yorkie and understood what he needed!. Bentley is a rescue with many challenges. Cierra was so patient and worked with him for 6 weeks. He made great progress! I recommend their services for training and allowing them to spend time with your fury animal! Five stars just doesn’t seem like enough! I give them 1 million! We recently relocated to the area, which caused our already nervous dog, extreme anxiety. It triggered reactive behavior that was borderline getting out of control, panic attacks that were leading him to shake and hide, and as you could imagine some very overwhelmed pet parents! After just one week of working with this incredible team, we already saw progress. And now after six weeks, we have a totally different dog. Although we still have some work to do, we feel like we have the confidence to keep our pups moving in the right direction. Kiki and Juan were absolutely incredible! They were able to read our dogs behavior, tell us what was going on, and have an incredibly methodical way of training the humans to train the dogs. Kiki was a hit with our 2 dogs and cat.  Lord of The Leash has an amazing system and app that keeps you informed throughout the time you are away.  I was very impressed with the meeting of our pets prior to us becoming clients.  Once we agreed on what was needed and the reasonable cost, we downloaded an app and complete instructions on how to use it were provided with hands on demo. We had such a wonderful experience with Lord of the Leash! Kiki helped us navigate training our often stubborn (but very lovable) lab, and she made the whole process feel positive and doable. She’s incredibly friendly, thorough, and professional, and you can tell she genuinely cares about both the dogs and the owners. We walked away with noticeable progress, practical tools to continue our success, and a much better understanding of our dog. Highly recommend booking with Kiki and Lord of the Leash!
